• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 – 5 business days.
• Delivery within Australia typically takes 5 – 10 business days.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

Change of Mind Returns:

• Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags attached.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Sale items cannot be returned for change of mind but can be returned if faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

• You have rights under Australian Consumer Law to a repair, replacement, or refund if items are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
• These rights apply regardless of our change-of-mind policy.
• Contact u promptly with details and photos if you receive a faulty item.

Return Process:

Refunds:
